Liability Policy

Tee Glow miniature golf has established this Liability Policy to explain to you (the visitor) about the physical risks associated with the administration of any physical activity related to indoor miniature golf.

All sales and reservations are final and no refunds will be issued. If you cancel within the cancellation policy detailed in the event description below, a credit for the reservation will not be  issued. Reservation for a cancelled party cannot be applied towards a future event. If an event is cancelled due to a double booking or cancellation by Tee Glow, a credit will be issued for the full amount that can be applied towards a future event. All sales and reservations are rain or shine. If a sale or reservation is rescheduled due to severe weather, a credit for the sale or reservation may be applied to another date within three calendar months.

Our sales and reservations book, on a first come first serve basis.

Photos may be taken by Tee Glow staff. Some of these photos will be displayed on the Tee Glow website. By visiting Tee Glow, you agree that your photo may be published on our website. You also agree your photo or a likeness of you may be used for promotional purposes via video, print, or web, without compensation to you.

Cancellation Policy. You must cancel two days (2 Days) prior to the event date. Tee Glow will not be liable for lost or stolen articles during your visit to the facility. Any damage to the interior or exterior of equipment or venue which is caused by the individual signing up or his/her quests, is liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of the carriers service due to such damage. Tee Glow staff have the right to eject any disruptive person who is abusive, poses a safety threat to other guests, or any person who engages in the use of illegal substance. The act of visiting or booking reservation makes the individual and/or guests solely responsible for his/her safety while visiting the facility. In consideration of the right to participate, the individual and his/her guests hereby assumes all risks, and will hold the owners operators, employees, vendors and agents of Tee Glow harmless from any and all liability, actions, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever due to injuries, damage, liability criminal or civil litigation for the individual and/or his or her guests visiting the facility.
