1.   I have adults coming, how do you handle them?

There are several options extending from including the adult in all activities to including the adult in select activities or just food.  Fees apply.  Please contact management for further details. 

2.   Where do you get the pizza from?

Tee Glow will feature Papa John’s Pizza.   All orders will be delivered in time for celebration.

3.   What if I want additional time for our party?

An additional round of golf for your party would be at a rate of $3.50 per person.  However, the Eagle Package includes one extra hour in the party room as well as an extra round of golf.  The Eagle Package is the only option that includes extended time in the party room.

4.   Can we bring outside food into the facility?

No, outside food is not permitted. Guests are allowed, however, to bring in a birthday cake.

5.   Do you provide plates and napkins?

Yes.  We provide plates, napkins, cups and plasticware.  In addition, we can decorate the party room for your special occasion.  

6.   Do you offer themed parties?

Our standard package does not include themed paper products and decorations, however depending upon availability, we can arrange for themed decorations/paper products for a small up-charge.

7.   Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $25 deposit when you reserve your date and time for the party room.  This deposit is non-refundable. 

8.   When should I arrive for my party?

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to greet your guests, but no more than 10 minutes early so that the party room can be properly prepared for your party. 

9.   What If I want to stay past my scheduled time?

 In order to be fair to all parties for the day, we do request that you leave at your scheduled time so that the party room can be properly cleaned and prepared for the next group.  However, you may book an additional round of golf in advance of the day of your party at a rate of $3.50 per person.
